Before real estate, Joshua's background was in Sports Marketing/Sponsorship Contract Management, supporting the C-Suite and executive team of IGLTA and the IGLTA Foundation as the Senior Coordinator for Global Partnerships overseeing sponsorships/partnerships from Fortune 500 corporate to government tourism bureaus. Utilizing the art of negotiation to maintain revenue for an international non-profit organization from industry-leading travel brands.
Previously he held a position as Sponsorship Coordinator on a team that oversaw and produced the sponsorship portfolio for the world-renowned Palm Beach International Equestrian Center through Equestrian Sports Productions, then managing organization for Winter Equestrian Festival & Global Dressage Festival located in Wellington, FL; As well as Tryon International Equestrian Center, Central Park Horse Show, and the Colorado Horse Park. Joshua's family's owned business, Premier Equestrian Inc., based out of Salt Lake City, Utah is a proud sponsor of Major League Show Jumping, World Equestrian Games, the FEI World Cup Finals and more. Joshua's expertise goes far beyond waterfront homes and condos, expanding to lush equestrian estates with full understanding of today's agricultural & sport-horse businesses in our sunshine state.
Joshua has also volunteered his time with the Florida Society of Association Executives on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and has sat as an Advisor to the Palm Beach County LGBTQ+ Advisory Board. He calls Oakland Park, FL home.
